Shipping costs (Mainland Portugal)

• Orders from €0 to €90: €14.99
• Orders from €90 to €250: €35.95
• Orders over €250: free shipping

Shipping to Islands

For deliveries in the Azores and Madeira, transport costs are calculated on a case-by-case basis.
We recommend that you contact our team for a personalized quote.

 

Important delivery information

Due to the size and weight of our products (such as playgrounds and wooden structures), deliveries are carried out by specialized transport companies, and not by conventional express parcel services.

• Products are delivered unassembled, with assembly instructions
• Delivery is made to the door or access point of the address (street level)
• Transport to the installation site is the responsibility of the customer

If you require delivery with transport to the interior of the property or additional support (e.g. stairs or elevator), you must request this service in advance. Additional costs may apply.

Please note:
Deliveries are made by truck. It is important to ensure that the delivery address has adequate access for this type of vehicle.

 

Delivery of equipment for public use

Equipment intended for professional or public use is generally more bulky and heavy.
In these cases:

• Delivery is made by groupage transport
• The customer must ensure adequate means for unloading (e.g. forklift)

If you do not have these means, a truck with a tail lift can be requested. This service will have an additional cost, to be borne by the customer.

 

Transport insurance

All orders shipped by parqueinfantil.pt are fully insured, guaranteeing protection in case of:

• Loss
• Theft
• Damage during transport
